What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

I love this question! Many times we relate physical activity or exercises to the gym, but it doesn’t have to JUST be there. I find myself very busy throughout my day/week so it has become hard for me to take an hour or two (like I used to) and head to the gym. This is not an advertisement, but I use the X3Bar system for my resistance training throughout the week, to stay strong, and I try to go on a few miles of walks through the week with my wife and dogs. Since I am on my feet most of the day anyways, this works well for me. If my wife and I have some extra time, we also love to rock climb and hike around national parks together. However, when I can get a free sunny day, I love to surf as well!
