How do I do this “Awesome 10-Day Cleanse”?

The general steps involve taking the above supplements and modifying some of your routine around your new habits. You will consume your supplements as follows:

CLEANSE GUIDE

  1. Take 2 capsules of Magnesium Citrate at bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
  2. Take 1 serving of Awesome Post Workout BCAA once per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
  3. Upon rising and at bedtime, take 1 capsule of Awesome Daily Probiotic with water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
  4. Consume Awesome Protein GHI shake 1 scoop per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

At its core, the Awesome 10-Day Cleanse is part of a balanced wellness lifestyle that includes: proper hydration, proper exercise, getting enough sleep, and proper eating habits. Drinking enough water is one of the most important components of a successful cleanse. To ensure you’re properly hydrated, take your weight, divide it in half, and consume that number of ounces of water per day. For example, someone who weighs 150 pounds should be drinking 75 ounces of water each day. Exercise is also important to a successful cleanse. Try to stick to mild exercise such as brisk walking or light cardio, and avoid strenuous exercise as it could impede your progress. Aim for 15 minutes a day of mild to moderate exercise. The 3 keys to success in your daily eating include: choosing your food, designing your menu, and making your shakes! When choosing your food, it is best to try finding as organic as possible. (see attached flier about our 10-Day Cleanse that goes into more detail!) There is a list of OK and NOT-OK food to find organic. Designing your menus can be daunting, but we try and make it as easy as possible! Half your plate should be non-startchy, leafy vegetables – the other half is split between your protein and carbohydrate. Snacks can include fruits, but try to mix in vegetables as well, as to not crash your blood sugar levels from only consuming fruits. Fruits can also be incorporated into your shakes! There are a few different recipes on the handout that make great intermediate meals – I personally do it the old fashioned way with just water and powder. It makes it simple for my busy lifestyle.
