
There are many different supplements out there that people can take to benefit their help. Here is a short but comprehensive list of some foundational nutritional supplements I think EVERYONE should be taking.
- Multivitamin: A multivitamin contains a combination of vitamins and trace minerals. They can be useful for people who have nutrient deficiencies or for those who have difficulty getting enough of these nutrients from their diet. - Vitamin D: Vitamin D is important for bone health and immune function.
